Symbol Libraries Software Licence Read this agreement carefully before using the software. Using the software confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. The operation and hardcopy output of the package are both described in the documentation. If you are not satisfied that the product is suitable for your application or do not agree with these terms and conditions, then cease using the software. The original purchaser is licenced to use this computer software product on a single machine permitting use by a single user. It may be moved freely from one location to another, but there must be no possibility of it being used in more than one place at a time. Under these conditions the library drawings may be edited, reproduced and included in part within licencee's work without further royalties being due, so long as such work does not substantially duplicate the effect or intent of this product. AZCAD licences this product solely on an "as-is" basis. WARRANTY The physical disk/s and documentation forming part of this product are warranted by AZCAD to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. In the event of notification within the warranty period of defects in the material or workmanship and subsequent return of product, AZCAD will replace the defective disk/s and/or documentation. The sole liability of AZCAD shall be limited to replacement of disk/s and/or documentation not satisfying this warranty. AZCAD shall have no liability or responsibility to the Licencee or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused or alledgedly caused directly or indirectly by this product, including but not limited to interruption of services, loss of business or anticipatory profits or consequential damages resulting from the use or operation of this product. AZCAD specifically disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, regarding this product, its merchantability and/or its fitness for a particular purpose.
